How we are dealing with Coronavirus

Our office is partially open, but not for client meetings

Clearly, Coronavirus presents significant challenges for us all. We have continued to operate as usual through this difficult period. Now that the Coronavirus restrictions are starting to be imposed once more, our staff are returning to working from home. We are currently not running client meetings at the office, but instead offer a remote service. We will review this position in the Autumn.

We are open as usual for all services

We continue to deliver all services as usual, with some minor adjustments as staff partly work from home. We have remained busy, taking on many new clients during this period.

You can continue to contact us in the usual ways, by phone, email, or by using our Personal Finance Portal.

We would ask that you bear with us at this busy time as we are finding that some product providers may be under strain. We have arranged facilities for some product providers to accept scanned copies of documents should this be necessary.
Our service standards have remained the same throughout the Coronavirus pandemic, and we will deliver services as usual.

Home working

We have well-prepared plans that allow us all to work from home, or from our office where required. All of our usual office functions are available from any location, via a remote server.

All staff have access to exactly the same suite of tools as they would in the office.

We work in a largely paperless manner, so our existing practices will allow us to operate as usual. 

All client data is protected through stringent data security tools and policies. These are in place for home working as usual. No client data is stored on any of our local machines (whether that is in our office, or at home).

Remote meeting options

We already offer a variety of remote meeting options. These are being used widely for most client meetings. You can meet with us remotely and securely using any computer device, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone.

This works well, but you have to provide your own cake.

Stock market volatility

The Coronavirus situation is has caused a lot of volatility in investment markets, although our investments have performed well during this period..

We are in regular contact with existing and potential clients regarding the changing situation. Our Prosper service has prepared all clients for inevitable short-term, temporary downturns. We aim to ensure that all clients can weather any short-term investment issues caused by the changing situation.

MEETING OPTIONS

You have three ways to meet with your adviser, they are: Face-To-Face, Phone Meetings and Screen Sharing. You can switch between the options whenever you want.

Face-To-Face

Meeting face-to-face at our office gives you the best access to your adviser, and our facilities.

Phone Meeting

Instead of meeting up, we can simply talk over the phone, referring to written reports as necessary.

Screen Sharing

We are able to use screen sharing applications to hold a meeting wherever you are. You just need access to a computer or tablet, and the internet.
