Self Employed Mortgage

How will the fact that I am self employed affect me if I want a mortgage?

The good news is that most lenders will take into account your self employed earnings for a mortgage. The usual criteria is that you need to prove up to 3 years accounts in order to qualify for a self employed mortgage from a high street lender.
